Your Local Appliance Repair Pro in the Medical Center Area

The Medical Center area is on our regular Northwest Side routes. Whether you live off Wurzbach Road, Fredericksburg Road, Medical Drive, Babcock Road or Huebner Road, we can usually get to you quickly, often the same day.

This part of town has a little of everything: established Oak Hills ranch homes from the 1960s and ’70s under big oak trees, and plenty of apartments, condos and townhomes with stackable washer-dryers and compact kitchens. We work on all of it, from older built-in ovens to the newest front-load laundry pairs. Many of our customers here work long hospital shifts, so tell us your schedule and we’ll do our best to work around it.

Every repair is handled personally by the owner, who is factory trained and EPA-certified with 42 years of experience. Pricing is simple and upfront: a $75 service call that is credited toward your repair if you go ahead, and a flat $165 for most repairs, plus the part and tax. You pay one flat-rate price for the whole job, part and labor included, with no hidden fees, and every part we install comes with a 1-year parts warranty.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Originally called for the pull out drawer thermostat in my Samsung fridge that stopped working. Mr Resendez responded and quickly assessed the repairs needed, and ended up replacing the circuit board. He was friendly, personable and professional. The cost was reasonable, and I would highly recommend his company for any household appliance repair.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend! Mickey is a walking encyclopedia of appliance part numbers. Will give honest quotes and options, and outside of appliances does some great wall electrical and kitchen plumbing work. Just refitted my 20 year old built in gas log fire - so he does that too!
