Experienced GE Repair at Your Home

GE is one of the most common appliance brands in San Antonio homes, and we’ve been fixing them for decades, from basic Hotpoint models to high-end GE Profile, Café and Monogram appliances. Many GE refrigerator problems come from a defrost failure or a failing fan, and many GE oven F codes point to a sensor or control problem we can test on the spot.

We diagnose the problem on the spot, explain it in plain language, and give you upfront pricing before any work begins. We carry a large selection of common parts, so many repairs are finished in one visit.

We’re a family-owned, locally operated San Antonio business with 42 years of appliance repair experience, and every part we install comes with a 1-year parts warranty.

GE Repair FAQ

Why is my GE refrigerator warm but the freezer is cold?

This usually means cold air isn’t reaching the fresh food section. Common causes are a frosted-over evaporator coil from a defrost problem, or a failed evaporator fan. Keep the doors closed and call us; it’s a very common repair.

What do the F codes on my GE oven mean?

F codes are fault codes. They often point to an oven temperature sensor, a control board or a stuck key on the touchpad. Try turning the power off at the breaker for a minute to reset it. If the code comes back, give us a call.

My GE dishwasher won't drain. What should I check?

Clean the filter at the bottom of the tub, make sure the sink drain and garbage disposal aren’t clogged, and check that the drain hose isn’t kinked. If it still won’t drain, the drain pump may need to be replaced.

Are you an authorized GE service center?

We’re an independent repair company and are not affiliated with GE Appliances. Our owner is a factory-trained and certified technician with 42 years of experience, and we repair GE appliances every week.
