Experienced Samsung Repair at Your Home

Samsung appliances are packed with features, and that means more electronics, sensors and moving parts that can fail. Many Samsung refrigerator problems come down to ice buildup around the ice maker or evaporator, a failing fan, or a defrost problem. On washers and dryers, error codes usually point us in the right direction, and we confirm the cause before replacing anything.

We diagnose the problem on the spot, explain it in plain language, and give you upfront pricing before any work begins. We carry a large selection of common parts, so many repairs are finished in one visit.

We’re a family-owned, locally operated San Antonio business with 42 years of appliance repair experience, and every part we install comes with a 1-year parts warranty.

Samsung Repair FAQ

Why does my Samsung ice maker keep freezing up?

This is one of the most common Samsung refrigerator complaints. Ice can build up around the ice maker, the ice chute or the fan, which blocks airflow and stops ice production. Often it’s caused by a door seal problem, a defrost issue or a failing part. We can clear it and fix the cause so it doesn’t keep coming back.

What does the 4C or 5C code on my Samsung washer mean?

4C usually means the washer isn’t getting enough water. Check that the faucets are fully open and the hoses aren’t kinked. 5C (or 5E on older models) usually means a drain problem, often a clogged drain pump filter. If cleaning the filter doesn’t fix it, give us a call.

Is it worth repairing my Samsung refrigerator?

In most cases, yes. Common problems like fans, sensors, defrost parts and ice makers cost far less to repair than buying a new refrigerator. We’ll give you an honest recommendation either way.

Are you an authorized Samsung service center?

We’re an independent repair company and are not affiliated with Samsung. Our owner is a factory-trained and certified technician with 42 years of experience, and we repair Samsung appliances every week.
